INGREDIENTS:
        4 Slices 
 Golden Food Kitchen Fruit loaf
        2 eggs
        1/3 cup milk
        1 tablespoon caster sugar
        40g butter
        Fresh Banana 
        Chocolate Sauce
        Whipped cream

          -   METHOD
 
        
        1.   Using a fork, whisk eggs, milk sugar in a bowl.
        2.   Melt half the butter in a large frying pan..
         Dip 2 slices of  Golden Food Kitchen fruit loaf into  mixture, turning to coat on both sides evenly,  Let excess egg mixture  drain .Cook over moderate heat for 2 minutes or until golden brown.
        3.   Transfer to warm plate cover loosely with foil to keep warm.
        4.   Serve at once with  fresh banana drizzle with Chocolate Sauce and serve with whipped  cream.
